Our Neurological Care service is designed to meet the complex and evolving needs of individuals living with a wide range of neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neurone disease (MND), epilepsy, Huntington’s disease, and acquired brain or spinal cord injuries.

We deliver person-centred support that places the individual at the heart of care planning. Our dedicated care teams work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and therapists to ensure each care plan is personalised, flexible, and regularly reviewed to reflect the individual’s current needs and preferences.

Support includes but is not limited to:

• 24/7 availability of skilled and compassionate carers
• Medication administration and clinical oversight
• Mobility assistance, including the use of adaptive equipment
• Assistance with communication and cognitive stimulation
• Help with daily living activities, promoting autonomy wherever possible
• Emotional support, companionship, and wellbeing monitoring
